Bobby Joe Price Grant
Named after an ever-committed family man and disciplined hard worker, the Bobby Joe Price Grant provides financial awards in the amount of $1,500 to students (high school seniors through college juniors) who endeavor academic or experiential development over the summer.
This can include internships, apprenticeships, study abroad, conferences, or even application fees. We do not discriminate on the purpose so long as the applicant has demonstrated passion for a cause that promotes excellence in education, equity, or the environment.

A high-school senior through college junior at a school located in the US;

A US citizen, permanent resident, or DACA

Entering an academic or professional experience during Summer 2025;

Have an unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher

A hard worker with demonstrated passion related to the experience (e.g. volunteerism, prior internship(s), courses, etc.); and
​

The experience is related to excellence in either education, equity, or environment.

We request a PDF of your latest transcript including the last completed semester grades. This document should show all courses taken, the time they were taken, the grade received, and an overall GPA for all semesters.

Additionally, we request any documentation that you have corroborating your continued dedication to this path. We are not looking for any one type of evidence. Please make sure that you are content with the support you have provided.​
